Fun Weekend

It all started Tuesday when we went to the airport to pick up Grandma Jones!!!!!!
Then on Friday Grandma Taylor and Kade came, Thanks for my new hat grandma!!

This was the day Grandma, and Grandpa Jones, Teagan and Elli were leaving i was sad :(

This is the day Auntie Teagan got here i was so happy to see her!

We blessed Kendalyn last week and has lots of family in town it was so much fun. Good to see everyone and it was fun to have them all see where we are now calling home. My mom flew in on Tuesday so she could help with Kendalyn and help me get my house in order for people to come, I am so grateful to her for everything she does for me. Wednesday Thad got his wisdom teeth out early in the morning i was so glad my mom was here so Kendalyn could sty home with her it worked out really well. Thank you so much for everyone who was able to make it we love you all and can't wait to see everyone for Thanksgiving!! Blessing day pictures will be up soon.

So i just wanted to tell everyone how great my new ward is in Idaho!! I love it there are so many great people. Because the base is here and the town is so small it is pretty much taken over by airforce LOL so our ward is about 50% Military which makes it nice because there are lots of people to relate to because they are going through the same thing as you with moving and having to make all new friends and everything like that. You know it's kinda funny because we have alot doctors and dentists in our ward so far i know of two doctors one Physician's Assistant and 4 dentists WOW alot for one ward right? So we have been to church 4 times now and already i have two callings :) Im going to be a busy girl! I am so excited for both of them becasue it will give the chance to get to know that many more people. My first calling is Acheivment days with the 8 to 12 year old girls i am so excited for this we have about 20 girls and my partner ad i meet with them ever 1st and 3rd tuesday of the month. My second calling is with my new friend Lacey Williams i tell you this becasue she is the reason i have this calling LOL she is over the ward activities and i have been helping her get stuff together for the trunk-or-treat on halloween and she has recruited me to help with many other things as well so on sunday they decided just t make me her assistant since i was doing it all with her anyway. I am thrilled to be her assistant we both moved here at the end of summer and her husband is in the airforce as well he is the only internal medicine doctor on base! It will be so nice to have a good friend to lean on through deployments! I know with Lacey and the ward and all my friends at church deployments will be so much easier to get through. I miss Utah and my family and friends down there but i know that this was the right decision for our family and we are where we are supposed to be at this time in our lifes. I feel so BLESSED at this time in my life and am so happy. It has been a long time since i have felt complete contentment with my life and knew that i was in the right place!!

Two Month Checkup!!!

So my sweet little Kendy Lou had her two month checkup this week and SHOTS :( ! She was such a brave girl! Mom wasn't.......not even kidding i got teary eyed that is the hardest thing to do as a mom is sit back and watch your baby get shots when they have no idea what is coming and you know all too well! But i felt a little better when they told me they were going to do my flu shot as well so i had a little pain too...... lol! Anyway she is not growing as fast as i thought she would she weighs 8 Lbs 13 Ounces and is 22 1/2 inches long! At birth she was 7Lbs 6 Ounces and 21 inches long so she is still just tiny! It's kinda funny cause she weighs less right now than Thad did when he was born. She is learning so quickly though she can stand up on your legs when you hold her now and she coo's all the time she tells all kinds of adorable little stories and smiles alot she is such a blessing to have in our home i cannot even remember what life was like with out her!!

Growing So Fast!!!

She is getting so big already i cant even believe it!! I love to see the new things she is learning like smiling and cooing when i talk to her but she is just growing so fast she only has a few newborn outfits she still fits in which is sad but she has so many new cute clothes that she is able to fit i now so its fun!! Being a mom is the greatest ting in the world i never imagined it would be like this.....i mean the love i have for her is overwhelming!! And for those of you who are not moms yet everything everybody tells you about being a mom is so true.... its the best thing ever but the hardest at the same time i find myself completely exhausted at times and feel like i cannot even function but then i pick her up and she smiles at me and it gives me that boost of eneryg i need and i just laugh because she is so young and small yet so capable of turning my whole mood around! I love her so much and i love be able to stay home with her i would not change this for the world!

I know there is alot of pictures but i just have so many favorites!! This adorable photographer came to my moms house and did this photo shoot! It took three hours and she was so patient and sweet with Kendalyn! We got so many great shots and Kendalyn was such a good girl! Although daddy might have something different to say, you cant tell but in the tutu picture she does not have a diaper on and when we held her up and got ready for the first picture she peed and as you can see thad is the one holding her bottom and it got all over him and his clothes so that resulted in a wipe down for her and a new outfit for daddy!!!
